Community Gardens
This fund is intended to enhance the ongoing garden programming managed by the City of Oakland Parks, Recreation & Youth Development department.
The Community Gardens Program is gardening with a purpose. Includes 13 locations through the city that bring people of all ages and diverse backgrounds together to grow organic vegetables, herbs, fruits and flowers.

The Oakland Parks and Recreation Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. You will receive a donation receipt as your official record for tax purposes and regular updates about how your gift helps Oakland’s parks and recreation system. Donations are processed by Give Lively.
