Lake Merritt Conservancy
The mission of the Lake Merritt Conservancy is to act as a steward of the lake and the parkland around it, in partnership with the City of Oakland and our fellow volunteer organizations, in order to revitalize our park and meaningfully address issues of ecology, pollution, crime, homelessness, and social equity, so that the Lake stands as a beacon to communities everywhere, for our children, our children’s children, and many generations beyond.

You will receive a donation receipt as your official record for tax purposes and regular updates about how your gift helps Oakland’s parks and recreation system.
