Thank you to the speakers, sponsors and nearly 150 virtual attendees who made our Citywide Parks Workshop on November 14 a success! It was a great morning about bringing sustainable, equitable improvements to Oakland parks.
We held the promise of Oakland’s parks, focused on actionable park improvement ideas and centered equity, mental health and community engagement, before reflecting on building stronger community groups.
