Neighborhood Breathe
Neighborhood Breathe brings people together to make movement, joy and mindfulness a healthy habit in their own neighborhoods. Partnering with community organizations and health centers, we turn physical activity from a basic human need into a basic human want. By building friendships, endurance and resilience, we decrease stress, risk factors for chronic illness and isolation. Reclaiming outdoor play for grown-ups, one green space at a time.
